resistor The HS15 100R J is a power resistor manufactured by Ohmite. It is part of their HS15 product line, which are made out of aluminum-oxide based ceramic. This resistor is designed to operate up to 150 watts in temperatures as high as +700°C (+1292°F). The resistance value is 100 ohms, tolerance is J (±5%), and it has a maximum voltage rating of 2800V. This type of resistor is commonly used in high power applications such as power supplies, motor controls, resistive heating and other similar circuits.
