Additional Infomation About Product

The DA-T268-401E-TR Heat Sinks are a TO-268-style SMD heat sink manufactured by Ohmite. The heat sinks have an anodized finish and feature an extended height profile which increases their ability to dissipate heat from power transistor and diode applications. The body of the heat sink is constructed from aluminum with a milled base and a metal crimp post for improved thermal conduction. The anodized finish increases corrosion resistance and provides a smooth finish to the exterior of the heat sink for a professional look. The DA-T268-401E-TR is optimal for current carrying components like MOSFETs, IGBTs, rectifiers, and discrete transistors, with a power rating of up to 200 watts.
