The SCC2681AC1A44.512 is a part of the NXP SCC2681 microcontroller family. It is an 8-bit CPU with 512KB of Flash memory and high-speed peripheral I/O. It has a built-in 8-bit real-time clock, 16-bit timers with two output compare channels and an Advanced Power Management module. It also has two enhanced UARTs, two external interrupts and SPI/I2C interfaces, as well as integrated LCD controller. It is ideal for data acquisition, instrumentation, microcontrollers and consumer applications.
