The PCF8563TS/4.118 is an RTC (Real-Time Clock) IC made by NXP. It is a low-cost, low-power device with a serial, I2C-bus interface. It contains an I2C-bus slave address for identifying the RTC to the system, as well as an oscillator and counter for generating time and calendar functions. The PCF8563TS/4.118 is designed to be used in various consumer electronics applications. The IC also features flexible power management options, an watchdog timer and an alarm to alert the system of an event or a scheduled event. The PCF8563TS/4.118 provides an accurate time, calendar, and alarm solution for consumer electronics applications.
