The BT300S-600R,118 is a 28-volt, 300-watt surface mount DC-DC step-down converter from NXP Semiconductors. It is constructed with a low-noise voltage regulator IC, 2 N-channel MOSFETs, and an Intersil technology Iseries soft-start and under-voltage protection circuit. The BT300S-600R,118 provides wide input voltage range, adjustable output voltage, and consistent efficiency at full load and low load conditions. It is suitable for a variety of applications, including communications, information processing, automotive, industrial, and medical applications.
