The BT149D,112 is a device manufactured by NXP Semiconductors, a Dutch global semiconductor manufacturer. It is a thyristor module designed for use in power control circuits. The device has a static off-state non-linear voltage-current characteristics. It is a three terminal device composed of three thyristors in inverse parallel connected with a common gate. It also has a built-in surge device and a capacitor connected across its main terminals. The BT149D is designed for use in very low power circuits and operates at a peak anode voltage of 800 volts.
