The Nexperia 74HC273D.652 is a 8-bit D-type edge-triggered flip-flop (ETFF) with register select inputs and output enable control. It features two register select inputs (RS1 and RS0), an asynchronous master reset input (MR*), eight data inputs (D0 to D7) and eight output enable control inputs (OE0 to OE7). When both register select inputs are powered high, the device acts as an 8-bit shift register. When RS1 and RS0 are both low, the device functions as an 8-bit static latch. The output enable input (OE*) controls all eight outputs simultaneously. The ETFF has very low power consumption and is guaranteed to have a minimum tpd of 7.0ns. Its high speed, low power consumption, and low leakage make it suitable for use in high performance systems.
