Additional Infomation About Product

Electronics NTE2555 is a part of NTE Electronics’ line of TRIACs (triode for alternating current). It is an alternate current solid state switch that is used in various industrial and consumer applications, such as controlling motor speed, switching power supplies, and on/off lighting control. The NTE2555 TRIAC has an ability to switch off current in both the positive and negative half-cycles of the voltage supply, making it ideal for both AC and DC applications. It features a 600V blocking voltage and a 400mA current rating.
