1901 NTE1901 is an Integrated Circuit Negative Voltage Supervisory Circuit manufactured by NTE Electronics, Inc. It is designed to provide a power system reset when a negative voltage is detected and has a wide range of applications in both consumer electronics and industrial control systems. The NTE1901 has an operating voltage range of -4.5V to -17.0V and a reset output of 2.4V. It also has an output current capability of 1.5mA.
