Additional Infomation About Product

P9261 The Nexperia P9261 is a general purpose dual Full Bridge Driver designed specifically for DC motor applications. The PTVS43VS1UR.115 is a dual full-bridge driver in a SO-8 package. It features two low side MOSFETs and two high side MOSFETs, allowing it to drive two DC motors with two different voltages. It also includes an advanced current sense circuit which allows it to operate from either a single or dual power supply, or from a single or dual battery. The part includes an integrated charge pump for the VBB3 pin, and can operate in either single or parallel configurations. The PTVS43VS1UR.115 is an area- and cost-efficient solution for DC motor control.
