HEF4104B-Q100 Quad low-to-high voltage translator with 3-state outputs Rev. 2 14 December 2021 Product data sheet 1. General description The HEF4104B-Q100 is a quad low-to-high voltage translator with complementary 3-state outputs (Bn and Bn). A LOW on the output enable input (OE) causes the outputs to assume a high-impedance OFF-state. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of V . DD This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 3) and is suitable for use in automotive applications. 2. Features and benefits Automotive product qualification in accordance with AEC-Q100 (Grade 3) Specified from -40 C to +85 C Wide supply voltage range from 3.0 V to 15.0 V CMOS low power dissipation High noise immunity Fully static operation 5 V, 10 V, and 15 V parametric ratings Standardized symmetrical output characteristics Inputs and outputs are protected against electrostatic effects Complies with JEDEC standard JESD 13-B ESD protection: MIL-STD-883, method 3015 exceeds 2000 V HBM JESD22-A114F exceeds 2000 V MM JESD22-A115-A exceeds 200 V (C = 200 pF, R = 0 ) 3.
