The HEF4093BT.652 is an TTL/CMOS compatible quad 2-input NAND Schmitt trigger made by Nexperia. It has high noise immunity for reliable operation and low power consumption. The device is capable of both active-high and active-low inputs, and has an equivalent noise immunity of over 25%. For a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V, the input threshold voltage is typically 3.2V and the low saturation voltage is typically 0.6V. The part has a maximum propagation delay of 50ns and a minimum output current of 4mA. The part is packaged in an 8-pin dual in line (DIP) package.
