Additional Infomation About Product

The HEF4060BT.652 is a CMOS-based 14-stage Johnson counter/divider and oscillator integrated circuit manufactured by Nexperia. It features a single fully programmable oscillator suitable for clock or timing applications, and a divide-by-2 stage and a divide-by-5 counter. The integrated circuit has a wide operating voltage of 4.5 V to 15 V and a high maximum operating frequency of 2.7 MHz. It contains latch inputs for both counters and also provides synchronous reset and output enable. Outputs can either be active-high or active-low signals. The HEF4060BT.652 is available in a 14-pin DIP, SOIC, and QFN package.
