Additional Infomation About Product

The 74LVCH162245ADL.112 is a Nexperia octal Port Transceiver. It is designed for 1.65V to 3.6V VCC operation and is compliant with the JEDEC LVTTL standard. It features very low power consumption of 10µA (maximum) per channel in high impedance state and can handle data rates up to 150 Mbps. The device features Hot Insertion protection and has an active bus keeper circuit to ensure live insertion in low power systems. This octal transceiver features an enable pin, allowing the user to enable 4 pins of the device at a time. It also features Type I and Type II hysteresis to reduce output noise. With its direction control pin, the user can invert the direction of four pins at a time, allowing for reversible data transmissions. The 74LVCH162245ADL.112 is offered in a small 16-pin Thin Shrink Small Outline Package (TSSOP) package.
