Nexperia 74LV04D.112 is a low-voltage, hex inverter with Schmitt-trigger inputs. It is a 14-pin DIP packaged logic device built with low voltage CMOS technology. It operates from 1.65V to 5.5V and provides a higher switching speed with a lower quiescent current than today's standard logic families. Each of the six inverters has a Schmitt-trigger input for noise rejection, making it ideal for data switches, inverters, buffers, and converters. It is compatible with TTL logic and is a 74LS04 equivalent. It also features an output current of 7 mA sink, 5 mA source, and a propagation delay of 10 ns.
