74HC9115 Nine wide Schmitt trigger buffer open drain outputs Rev. 3 10 April 2018 Product data sheet 1 General description The 74HC9115 is a 9-bit buffer with Schmitt trigger inputs and open drain outputs. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of V .
