The Nexperia 74HC595PW,112 is an 8-bit shift register with counters that is designed for use in high-speed memory systems, high-speed logic gates and other applications requiring counters. The synchronous design of the shift register allows for a maximum operating frequency of up to 20 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed operations. The register is fabricated using Advanced CMOS technology and features a low-power static CMOS design. The Counter operates in synchronous mode and includes an Auto-increment and Auto-decrement feature for the storage of counts from 0 to 7. The register is designed to operate from a single supply voltage for low-power consumption and wide voltage ranges. It also has a built-in pull-up resistor for eliminating the need for external components. The register's outputs are fully compatible with TTL and CMOS logic and include Do not Disturb sensitivity for noise immunity. The device is packaged in a space saving 8-Pin TSSOP package and is RoHS compliant.
