The 74HC166PW.112 is an 8-bit parallel-in parallel-out shift register from Nexperia. This device is capable of shifting 8 bits of data in sequence or parallel with a single clock pulse, and features a latch enable input which holds data in the register, allowing it to be read multiple times. The 74HC166PW is part of Nexperia's wide supply voltage range for integrated circuits, allowing it to operate from 1.65 to 5.5V with a maximum total power dissipation of 500 mW. It has a standard 500ps maximum propagation delay and a high level output current of -8mA.
