The 74HC14PW.112 is a Hex Inverter Schmitt Trigger from Nexperia. It is specifically designed for high-speed 3-state logic and offers high drive current and fast switching speed. This part contains six independent inverters which accept standard CMOS inputs, and provide standard CMOS outputs. It has an extended voltage range of -1.5 V to 7.0 V, and a logic threshold voltage of 1.4 V max. Its propagation delay is 8 ns max. and output current of +/-24 mA. Its power dissipation is 0.3 Watt, and is designed with typical applications, such as sample and hold circuits, clock amplifiers, voltage monitors, and pulse shaping circuits. This part is compliant to RoHS standards.
