The 74HC123DB.112 is an 8-pin dual retriggerable monostable multivibrator made by Nexperia. It is designed for use in high-speed memory address and data bus applications. The device has two independently programmable pulse generators, each with a pulse width of up to 1.123 ms (typical). Each pulse generator is capable of self-triggering from a defined trigger level and can also be externally triggered by a TTL compatible logic signal, supplied to the separate trigger pins (TRIGA and TRIGB). The output pulse width is controlled externally by threshold voltage Vth and time constants R1 and C1. The device has an operating temperature range from -55°C to 125°C.
