The 74AHC1G14GV.125 is a single, Schmitt-Trigger inverter from Nexperia. This component is made using the low-power, Advanced High-Speed CMOS (AHC) logic technology, which helps reduce power consumption and increases the speed of switching. This component has an input voltage (VI) of -0.5 to 7V and an output voltage (VO) of -0.5 to 7V. It has a propagation delay (tPD) and a VOH/VOL of 2V, 1.8V respectively. This part has hysteresis (VH) of 0.2V and an output current (IOUT) of +/- 6mA. The resistance of the input (RIN) is typically 50kO and the resistance of the output (ROUT) is typically 50O.
