The 74AHC1G09GW.125 part is a Nexperia single 2-input positive-AND gate. It features low power consumption and has a maximum propagation delay of 8.5 ns at 4.5 V. It is a low-voltage, low-power CMOS logic gate utilizing advanced silicon-gate CMOS technology. The logic family is 74AHC and the temperature operating range is -40°C to +85°C. The high-speed CMOS logic gate operates from a single 1.2V (1.65V to 3.6V) supply and is designed to minimize noise and lower power consumption. The supply current is typically 3.2 µA while running at 1.2V and 48 µA at 3.3V supply. It has an enable pin, which helps reduce the power consumption by using the gate as a tristate device when the enable pin is high. The part is housed in a standard 8 pin SOIC package.
