Additional Infomation About Product

The NCE2312A with MOSFET SOT-23 RoHS is a DC / DC module designed for high-efficiency and cost-effective switching power supply applications. It is based on a Single N-Channel Enhancement Mode Power Transistors provided in a space-saving SOT-23 package. The transistor is manufactured employing NCE Power’s DMOS Technology, which offers high-speed switching at low-on-resistance, low gate charge, reduced switching losses and improved system efficiency. The module provides high accuracy line and load regulations and a wide operating frequency range from 12kHz to 500 kHz. It is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q101 qualified for superior reliability.
