The NCP15XW223J03RC is a Negative Temperature Coefficient (NTC) thermistor manufactured by Murata. This thermistor has a nominal resistance of 22K OHM and a tolerance of 5%. It is small in size and is designed for surface mount devices. This thermistor is designed to provide temperature sensing as well as to reliably protect circuits from over-temperature conditions in a variety of applications. This thermistor also has a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The NCP15XW223J03RC is a robust, reliable and cost effective temperature sensor for various applications where precision is not necessary.
