The GRM21BR61C106KE15L with Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors MLCC - SMD/SMT 0805 10uF 16volts X5R 10% is a surface-mount device developed by Murata. It is designed to provide a high volumetric efficiency for multilayer capacitor applications. The device consists of a compact 0805 size dielectric ceramic element encapsulated in an exciting Urethane-based electro-mechanical package. The capacitance of the GRM21BR61C106KE15L is 10µF, and it is rated for a working voltage of 16V. The X5R type dielectric material provides a temperature coefficient of capacitance of ±10% with temperature aging characteristics that are regarded as an improvement over other materials. The device also features self-healing properties and improved ESR performance aiding in greater stability when used in decoupling or filtering applications.
