The Murata DE1E3KX222MB4BN01F is a safety capacitor with 2200pF, 250Vrms, 20% tolerance, and liquid-solid (L/S) 10mm bulk cut feature. It has an embedded X7R dielectric ceramic element, epoxy resin molded case, snap-in terminals, and radial leaded terminals. It is designed for use in AC or DC applications such as motor drives, alarm systems, and IGBT modules. The frequency characteristics make it suitable for high-speed pulse circuits with fast risetimes. This capacitor is compliant with AEC-Q200, UL94 (V-0 flame-class) and ENEC (European norms). It also offers excellent soldering profiles and a secure mounting structure.
