The CSTCE16M0V53-R0 is a Texas Instruments high-performance, low-voltage capacitive sensing device for use in a variety of capacitive based applications. It features an enhanced 16-bit digital controller with an embedded temperature sensor, an adjustable clock frequency, as well as configurable oscillator and capacitor values. The excellent noise immunity of this device ensures reliable operation even in high-RF environments. The Murata RECOMMENDED ALT 81-CSTNE16M0V530000R resonator enables stable frequency oscillation without additional adjustments and is compatible with the TI Device. It provides accurate, stable frequencies from 10 MHz up to 16 MHz and has a wide operating temperature range that can operate up to +85°C.
