The Murata BLM18RK221SN1D is an EMI filter bead, chip, and array package designed in digital interface tape form factor. The package consists of 0603 sized chips and arrays that feature a maximum DC resistance of 220 ohms. It is designed to reduce signal interference and reduce the amount of electromagnetic radiation coming from digital device operations. The package is widely used in digital and analogue circuits such as memory modules, laptops, portable media players and other digital devices. The filter beads are also designed to keep the RF signals away from the ground or sensitive signals, while also ensuring the right amount of interference immunity for a given data rate.
