The BLM15AG102SH1D is a EMI filter beads, chips and arrays produced by Murata. It is designed to filter out electromagnetic interference (EMI) in electronic circuits. The filter is composed of two components: a ferrite bead and a resistor. The bead works to absorb electromagnetic pulses, while the resistor limits the current being passed through the device. The BLM15AG102SH1D has a resistance of 1000 ohms, with a tolerance of 25%. It is rated for temperatures up to 125°C (257°F).
