The MST5633BTQ is a three-terminal low-dropout (LDO) linear voltage regulator with TO-252 package. It is manufactured by the MST corporation and is RoHS-compliant. The device offers a low operating current and very low dropout voltage, along with low noise output and high accuracy. It is ideal for highly regulated power supply applications with a supply voltage range of 1.3V to 6V. The device offers excellent load and line regulation, which makes it ideal for both post-regulator and pre-regulator use in telecom, portable and low voltage applications. It features thermal shutdown protection and reverse battery protection. It is also able to achieve a very high efficiency with a wide temperature range, and is capable of driving a 300mA load.
