The MST5433BTE is a 3-pin, low dropout regulator (LDO) designed and fabricated by MST in a SOT23-3 surface-mount package. It reduces power supply voltage from up to 10V down to a user-defined voltage, and can supply up to 500mA of current. The device features ultra-low quiescent current (<25uA), ultra-low ground-current operation, low dropout voltage (<0.8V), and an accuracy of ±0.5% at 10mA load. It is fully RoHS compliant.
