The LKD10516 is a DC-DC controller and synchronous buck regulator with thermal shutdown protection developed by MPC Industries. It features a wide input voltage range, wide output voltage range, and efficient, low noise buck-switching operations. The device provides a wide range of adjustable frequency and synchronous rectifier drive frequency range that is adjustable from 200kHz to 2.2MHz. It also has a programmable linear and peak current limit, and protection against short-circuit and output over voltage.
