MPQ4569-AEC1 75V, 0.3A Synchronous Step-Down Converter AEC-Q100 Qualified FEATURES D ESCRIPTION 20A Quiescent Current (Active mode) The MPQ4569 is a step-down switching Wide 4.5V to 75V Operating Input Range regulator with integrated high-side/low-side, 1.2/0.45 Internal Power MOSFETs high-voltage power MOSFETs. It provides a Programmable Soft-Start highly efficient output of up to 0.3A. FB-Tolerance: 1% at Room Temperature The wide 4.5V to 75V input range 2% at Full Temperature. accommodates a variety of step-down Adjustable Output Voltage applications in automotive environment. A 5A 1V Reference Voltage Output for QFN shutdown mode quiescent current in full Package temperature range is good for battery-powered Low Shutdown Mode Current: 5A applications. Available in QFN-10 (3mmx3mm) and It allows for high power conversion efficiency SOIC-8 EP Packages over a wide load range by scaling down the Available in AEC-Q100 Grade 1 switching frequency under light-load condition APPLICATIONS to reduce the switching and gate driver losses.
