It Wide 3.8V to 36V Operating Input Range provides 1.5A output with current mode control 150m Internal Power MOSFET for fast loop response and easy compensation. Up to 4MHz Programmable Switching Frequency The wide 3.8V to 36V input range Ceramic Capacitor Stable accommodates a variety of step-down Internal Soft-Start applications, including those in automotive systems. A 120A operational quiescent current Precision Current Limit without a Current is suitable for use in battery-powered Sensing Resistor applications. Up to 95% Efficiency Output Adjustable from 0.8V to 30V The frequency foldback helps prevent inductor Available in 10-Pin 3x3 TQFN Package current runaway during startup and thermal shutdown provides reliable, fault tolerant APPLICATIONS operation.
