The MPQ2451 is a high frequency, step-down, Range Limits switching regulator with an integrated high- 130A Operating Quiescent Current voltage high-side power MOSFET. It efficiently Wide 3.3V-to-36V Operating Input Range provides up to a 0.6A output with current-mode 500m Internal Power MOSFET control for fast loop response. 2MHz Fixed Switching Frequency The wide 3.3V-to-36V input range accommodates Internally Compensated a variety of automotive step-down applications, Stable with Ceramic Output Capacitors and the 3 A shutdown-mode quiescent current Internal Soft-Start allows use in battery-powered applications.
