Any one channel can work alone. Wide VIN Range from 0.5V to 5.5V Each channel can provide 7.5A load capability. <1uA Shutdown Current With the small R in tiny package, MP5092 DSON Programmable 7.5A Current Limit Range provides very high efficient and space saving Output Discharge Function solution in notebook and tablet or other portable Enable Pin devices applications. <200ns Short-Circuitry Response Protection With the soft start function, the MP5092 can Thermal Protection avoid inrush current during circuit start up. Small QFN-18 (2mmx3mm) Package for MP5092 also provides different functions, like Space Saving programmable soft start time, output discharge APPLICATIONS functions, OCP and thermal shutdown features. Notebook and Tablet Computers The max load at the output (source) is current Portable Devices limited. This is accomplished by utilizing a Solid State Drivers sense FET topology. The magnitude of the Handheld Devices current limit is controlled by an external resistor from ILIM pin to ground. All MPS parts are lead-free and adhere to the RoHS directive.
