MP4470/4470A High-Efficiency, Fast-Transient, 5A, 36V Synchronous, Step-Down Converter DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP4470/4470A is a fully-integrated, high- Wide 4.5V-to-36V Operating Input Range frequency, synchronous, rectified, step-down, Guaranteed 5A, Continuous Output Current switch-mode converter. It offers a very compact Internal 40m High-Side, 20m Low-Side solution to achieve a 5A, continuous-output Power MOSFETs current over a wide input-supply range with Proprietary Switching-Loss-Reduction excellent load and line regulation. It also Technology provides fast transient response and good 1% Reference Voltage stability for wide input-supply and load range.
