MP2562 1A, 4MHz, 50V Step-Down Converter The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP2562 is a high frequency step-down 120 A Quiescent Current(12uA Shutdown) switching regulator with an integrated internal Wide 4.5V to 50V Operating Input Range high-side high voltage power MOSFET. It 460m Internal Power MOSFET provides 1A output with current mode control for Up to 4MHz Programmable Switching fast loop response and easy compensation. Frequency Stable with Ceramic Capacitor The wide 4.5V to 50V input range accommodates Internal Soft-Start a variety of step-down applications, including Internally Set Current Limit without external those in an automotive input environment. A 12A Current Sensing Resistor shutdown mode quiescent current allows use in battery-powered applications.
