The MP2384C offers a 4A Continuous Output Current highly compact solution that achieves 4A of Adaptive Constant-On-Time (COT) Control continuous output current. for Fast Transient DC Auto-Tune Loop The MP2384C operates at high efficiency over Low R Internal Power MOSFETs DS(ON) a wide output current load range based on Forced PWM Operation MPSs proprietary switching loss reduction technique and internal low R power Power Good (PG) Indication DS(ON) MOSFETs. Fixed 700kHz Switching Frequency Stable with POSCAP and Ceramic Adaptive constant-on-time (COT) control mode Capacitors provides fast transient response and eases loop 1% Reference Voltage stabilization. The DC auto-tune loop combines Internal Soft Start (SS) with the remote differential sense to provide Output Discharge good load and line regulation. OCP, OVP, UVP, and Thermal Shutdown Full protection features include over-current with Auto-Retry protection (OCP), over-voltage protection Available in a QFN-11 (2mmx2mm) (OVP), under-voltage protection (UVP), and Package thermal shutdown.
