MP21600 0.6A, Synchronous, Step-Down Converter with 11A I in Ultra-Small 1x1.5mm QFN Q DESCRIPTION FEATURES The MP21600 is a monolithic, step-down, Low I : 11A Q switch-mode converter with built-in, internal 2.4MHz Switching Frequency power MOSFETs. The MP21600 achieves 0.6A Enable (EN) Pin for Power Sequencing of continuous output current from a 2.3V to Wide 2.3V to 5.5V Operating Input Range 5.5V input voltage range with excellent load and Output Adjustable from 0.6V line regulation. The output voltage can be Up to 0.6A Output Current regulated as low as 0.6V. 120m and 80m Internal Power MOSFET Switches The constant-on-time (COT) control scheme provides fast transient response and eases loop Output Discharge stabilization. Fault protections include cycle-by- 100% Duty Cycle cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown. Short-Circuit Protection (SCP) with Hiccup Mode The MP21600 is ideal for a wide range of Stable with Low ESR Output Ceramic applications, including high-performance DSPs, Capacitors wireless power, portable and mobile devices, Available in a QFN-6 (1.0mmx1.5mm) and other low-power systems. Package The MP21600 requires a minimal number of APPLICATIONS readily available, standard, external components is available in an ultra-small QFN- Wireless/Networking Cards 6 (1.0mmx1.5mm) package.
