HF01B00/01/02/03/04 Off Line High Voltage Quasi Resonant Regulator The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The HF01B00/01/02/03/04 is a flyback regulator Internal Integrated 700V MOSFET with Green Mode Operation. Its high efficiency High Level of Integration, Requires Very feature over the entire input/load range meets Few External Components the stringent world-wide energy-saving Universal Input Voltage (85~265VAC) requirements. Quasi-Resonant Operation over the Entire The HF01B00/01/02/03/04 is an integrated Input and Load Range current mode controller with a 700V FET. Its Maximum Switching Frequency Limited valley switching detector ensures minimum Valley Switching for High Efficiency and Drain-Source voltage switching every cycle, per Better EMI Performance Quasi-resonant operation. When the output Active Burst Mode for Low Standby Power power falls below a given level, the regulator Consumption enters the burst mode to lower the stand-by Internal High-Voltage Current Source for power consumption. Start-Up An internal minimum off time limiter prevents Internal Soft Start the switching frequency from exceeding 150kHz, Internal 320ns Leading Edge Blanking which is below the CISPR-22 EMI start limit. Thermal Shutdown (Auto Restart with Internal 2.4ms soft start prevents the excessive Hysteresis) inrush current during start up V Under Voltage Lockout with Hysteresis CC (UVLO) The HF01B00/01/02/03/04 provides various Over Voltage Protection protections, such as Thermal Shutdown (TSD), Over Load Protection. V Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO), Over Load CC Protection (OLP), Over Voltage Protection No Load Consumption at 265Vac HF01B00<100mW (OVP) and so on.
