EVM3606-QV-00A 21V/0.6A Module Converter with Integrated Inductor Evaluation Board The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The EVM3606-QV-00A is an evaluation board 4.5V-to-21V Operating Input Range for MPM3606, a synchronous rectified, step- 0.6A Continuous Load Current down module converter with built-in power 200A Low Quiescent Current MOSFETs, inductor and two capacitors. 100m /50m Low R Internal Power DS(ON) MOSFETs The evaluation board can deliver a 0.6A Integrated Inductor continuous output current with excellent load Integrated VCC and Bootstrap Capacitors and line regulation over a wide input supply External AAM pin for Power-Save Mode range. External AAM pin provides selectable power save mode or force PWM mode. Programming OCP Protection with Hiccup Full protection features include over-current Thermal Shutdown protection and thermal shut down. Output Adjustable from 0.8V The MPM3606 is available in a space-saving Available in QFN-20 (3mmx5mmx1.6mm) QFN20 (3mm x5mmx1.6mm) package.
