EV4473-L-00A High-Efficiency, Fast-Transient, 3.5A, 36V Step-Down Converter Evaluation Board The Future of Analog IC Technology DESCRIPTION FEATURES The EV4473-L-00A is an evaluation board for Wide 4.5V-to-36V Operating Input Range the MPQ4470, a high-efficiency step-down Guarantee 5A, Continuous Output Current regulator with integrated power MOSFETs. Internal 40m High-Side, 20m Low-Side Power MOSFETs MPQ4470 offers a very compact solution to Proprietary Switching-Loss-Reduction achieve a 5A, continuous-output current over a Technology wide input-supply range with excellent load and 1% Reference Voltage line regulation. It also provides fast transient Programmable Soft-Start Time response and good stability for wide input- Low Drop-out Mode supply and load range. SCP, OCP, OVP, UVP and Thermal The EV4473-L-00A is a fully assembled and Shutdown tested evaluation board. It generates a +3.3V output voltage at load current up to 5A from an APPLICATIONS 4.5V to 36V input range. Switching frequency is Notebook Systems and I/O Power set at 500kHz.
