Additional Infomation About Product

.The MD3901 with DFN-12L(3x3) is a Motor Driver IC designed and manufactured by Mixic that meets the ROHS standard. This IC is used to control two different motors or a single motor with dual bridges, and provide full protection from overload, over-voltage, thermal shutdown, and short circuit protection. It has low current consumption and reverse current protection with a minimum operating voltage of 6 Volts up to 36 Volts. It has a 0.5A standalone maximum output current per bridge and a 0.6A dual bridge maximum output current. The MD3901 has a shutdown pin with a low level voltage of 0.2V and a high level voltage of 0.8V. The duration of the short circuit protection is 5ms minimum and the total power dissipation is 2W. This IC comes in a DFN-12L(3x3) package and is lead-free and RoHS compliant.
