Additional Infomation About Product

The EQY-8-63+ is a monolithic, constant-gain, equalizer MMIC manufactured by Mini-Circuits. The module operates from the 0.05-3GHz frequency range with a low insertion loss of 0.5dB typ and a 3dB frequency response that remains flat across the range. It features great linearity and offer excellent dynamic range. The module is also highly stable, with a temperature coefficient of 0.005dB/°C typ. The EQY-8-63+ is housed in an industry-standard SOT-89 package. It is ideal for use in high frequency amplifiers, VSWR measurements, filters, and other communication systems.
