The MD1621 is a General-Purpose-Amplifier-CMOS (GPA-CMOS) integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Mingda. It is designed to operate within a voltage range of 1.2 V ~ 5.5 V and with a current consumption of around 1.74 V/us. It comes in a very compact and lightweight SOT-23-5 package that complies with the RoHS standards.
