Additional Infomation About Product

The SILENT STEP CLICK board is a stepper motor driver designed to control stepper motors with currents up to 2.8A RMS. It is designed with an advanced TMC5130 stepper motor driver chip from Trinamic exclusively for use with Click boards. This Chip embeds a SilentStepStick Arduino Driver which enables the usage of microstepping in a quiet mode operation. The board is equiped with eight 6-pin connectors for easy connection to various existing motor drivers. It supports both 3.3 and 5VDC power supplies for motor control, and can be programmed using SPI, GPIO, or both. The board also includes a USB connector for programming over a PC and has a built-in USB-UART bridge for reliable communication. The board can also be used with an optional Arduino-compatible board which can be connected via a 20-pin connector.
