Additional Infomation About Product

The S108-S is an integrated circuit from Microtran that is used in power supply control applications. It includes two power MOSFETs and two NPN transistors for high side/low side control of an output voltage, all in an 8-pin DIP package. The S108-S provides an oscillator for controlling on/off cycles, and an under voltage lockout feature for protection against overcurrent conditions and low input voltages. The device is capable of driving an output load up to 2A, and has several hysteretic voltage options for various start-up and shut-down conditions.
