Additional Infomation About Product

The PC817C-Fe-DL is a 4-pin mini Dual-In-Line (DIP) optocoupler, contact and circuit isolation manufactured by MicroOne. It is RoHS compliant. This optocoupler uses a light emitting diode (LED) to transmit a signal from its input terminal (anode) to its output terminal (cathode) and provide electrical isolation between the two. It features a maximum transfer current (IF) of 5mA and a minimum LED static current (IF(on)) of 10µA. It can withstand an open collector output of 50V RMS and 55V DC. The temperature range for proper use is -40°C to 85°C. It can be used in a wide range of applications including power conversion, motor driving, speed measurement, and signal transceiving.
