The ME6228A30PG is Low Dropout Regulator (LDO), produced by Micro One. It is a SOT89-3 packaged device, compliant to the RoHS standard. It is capable of delivering steady, continuous, regulated and switch-mode power up to 1.5A, and is a 3-terminal device with high current, low noise, and low temperature rise. It can operate input voltage from 1.5V up to 12V, and output voltage from 0.8V up to 10V with ±2% accuracy. It also features a power good indicator, enable pin, and low ground current. It can withstand up to 45V transiently and can be short circuit and temperature protected. The ME6228A30PG is suitable for use in a wide range of consumer and industrial applications, including portable electronics, industrial electronics, and battery powered devices.
